My work has never been linear, because human performance isn’t linear.

For over thirty years, I have operated across the high-pressure landscapes of healthcare, international education, and commercial leadership. I didn’t start as an aloof consultant; I started on the ground.

As a principal osteopath and functional therapist for over two decades, I held a front-row seat to the physical cost of mismanaged ambition. Through thousands of clinical hours, I saw the punishing impact that burnout, misalignment, and autonomic overload have on the human body when left unchecked.

But I knew the solution wasn’t just physical—it was systemic.

This understanding led me to the Warwick Business School MBA, where I translated my clinical diagnostic skills into executive leadership and operational strategy. It allowed me to see organizations differently than my peers. I see each business as a biological entity made of all its moving parts—the leaders, the teams, and the customer journeys.

Just as a body fails when the nervous system is overwhelmed, a business fractures when its people strategy is disconnected from its operational reality.

Today, as the Principal Consultant of Transformation and founder of the Conscious Reset Framework, I bridge the gap between experience design and execution. Whether I am stepping onsite to align a multi-site ecosystem or advising a founder on communication architecture, my lens remains the same: output is a direct reflection of input.
