Stop before you jump right back in.


Remember to stop and reflect on all the things that you have really enjoyed about the last 6 weeks. Time with your family, the chance to breathe and exercise every day. To work at a pace that better suits your life. Think about what you could change, what you want to change and keep a wide open mind about your options. It’s easy to persuade yourself that “you can’t” because of this or that, but the truth is, you can. It might feel hard for a while, a little uncomfortable and you might have to do without a couple of luxuries during the transition. But you can do it. And if you really want to, you will. Before your life drifts away from you, get off the hamster wheel and use this time to make some positive change.
