With a foundation in osteopathic medicine, Dustie brings an embodied understanding of how stress, behaviour, and communication live in the human system — from the nervous system outward. Early in her career, she learned that burnout, disengagement, and poor communication don’t just affect individuals — they shape entire cultures. That insight has influenced everything she’s done since.

Alongside her work with organisations, Dustie also supports individuals through tailored Emotional Reset sessions and one-to-one integration work. This personal pathway informs and strengthens her leadership and communication work, ensuring her approach remains grounded, human, and sustainable in real-world conditions.
