My work has never been linear because human performance isn’t linear.

For over thirty years, I have operated across the high-pressure landscapes of health and wellness, education, and commercial leadership. I didn’t start as a consultant; I started on the ground.

As an osteopath and functional therapist for over two decades, I held a front-row seat to the physical cost of mismanaged ambition. I saw, firsthand and through thousands of clinical hours, the punishing impact that burnout and autonomic overload have on the human body when left unchecked.

But I knew the solution wasn’t just physical—it was systemic.

This understanding led me to the Warwick Business School MBA, where I transitioned my clinical understanding into the world of executive leadership and operational strategy. I was able to see organizations in a different way to my peers. I saw each business as a biological entity made of all its people. The leaders, the teams, and the customers who bought their products.

But, just as a body fails when the nervous system is overwhelmed, a business fails when its “people strategy” is disconnected from its “operational reality.”

Today, I am the Principal Consultant of Transformation and the founder of the Conscious Reset Framework. I bridge the gap for leaders who are technically brilliant but biologically overtaxed. Who want their teams to better perform but don’t have the time to train them.

Whether I am stepping into a business as a Fractional Lead or advising a CEO on communication architecture, my lens remains the same: output is a direct reflection of input.
