For women who want to regain clarity, and feel alive again
Four Beautiful Stages To Reset Your Life
Stages 1. Book an Online Consultation
The process begins with a conversation to allow Dustie to explore your needs, explain how the process works, and determines whether proceeding in person is appropriate or needed. This step ensures clarity, suitability, and clear professional boundaries before any appointments are arranged.
The initial face-to-face session is up to 90-minutes and is the Foundational Session. This session establishes a clear baseline, and provides a felt sense of how this work unfolds. It also allows Dustie to determine what, if any, ongoing support would be beneficial.
In-person sessions are offered by mutual agreement following this conversation.
Ongoing sessions are offered in curated packages, tailored to individual needs. These are discussed following the foundational session, once there is clarity on what will be most supportive.
Stage 2: Therapeutic Deep Relaxation Session
(Soothe your body and mind)
These deeply restorative sessions use gentle osteopathic technique, functional bodywork, and subtle energetic balancing to calm the mind, and body to create the perfect canvas for Step 2 and Step 3.
The intention is simple but powerful: to help your body step out of protective holding patterns and return to a state of ease, balance, and internal trust.
This work forms the foundation of the pathway.
A hands-on, osteopathy-informed session designed to support physical ease and nervous system regulation. Using gentle techniques and subtle integrative approaches, this work helps the body settle out of protective patterns and return towards balance and calm.
This session can be booked after your initial consultation. See above.
Stage 3: The Emotional Reset
(reset your nervous system)
Supporting balance, integration, and self-regulation.
Emotional Reset sessions build on deep relaxation by helping the body gently unwind emotional load that has been stored over time.
Depending on your needs, sessions may include a blend of osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and guided regulation tools. You are also supported to develop simple practices you can use at home, so calm and coherence extend beyond the treatment room.
This work helps bridge body awareness and emotional processing, ensuring change is felt — not just understood.
An experiential session that supports emotional processing and calming of the autonomic through gentle osteopathic technique, craniosacral work, breathwork, guided awareness, and movement. These sessions help clients develop a felt sense of calm and provide practical regulation tools that can be used in everyday life.
Stage 4: Strategic Intervention Coaching
Creating clarity, choice, and forward momentum.
Strategic Intervention is a practical, human approach derived from the work of Milton Erikson, that supports your understanding of why certain patterns persist — and how to respond differently to achieve different outcomes. It focuses on emotional and psychological patterns that drive human behaviour, so you better understand what drives you and those around you.
Strategic Intervention draws on several established schools of thought around human behaviour and change, including strategic and Ericksonian-influenced approaches, while remaining firmly focused on present-day choice and action.
The Philosophy Behind the Work
Through more than 30 years of clinical, educational, and leadership experience, Dustie has learned that meaningful change only becomes possible once the nervous system feels safe enough to allow it.
When the system is overloaded:
- Insight doesn’t land
- Concentration dwindles
- Communication breaks down
- The body holds tension, fatigue, and protective patterns
- People remain reactive, even when they “know better”
- The body feels constantly tired.
This work operates at the interface between physical structure, emotional processing, and autonomic regulation, creating the internal conditions required for clarity, resilience, and conscious choice.
Who is best suited to this pathway?
This integrated therapeutic pathway is designed for women and may be supportive if you are:
- Aligned with the idea that emotional and physical health are closely intertwinded
- Open to taking action, one step at a time, towards optimal health
- Living with chronic stress, overwhelm, or nervous-system fatigue
- Navigating a significant life, identity, or career transition
- Experiencing physical symptoms closely linked to emotional strain
- Finding that talk-based approaches alone are not helping
- Seeking deeper alignment between how you feel, function, and live
- Drawn to calm, nourishing therapeutic work that supports lasting change
Sessions are always gentle, responsive, and tailored to the individual.
What this work is not…
- Symptom-chasing or injury focused care
- A quick fix or one-off self-gift
- Designed for those unwilling to engage with self-awareness and personal accountability
- A substitute for emergency, psychiatric, or medical intervention
- A substitute for injury management or MSK conditions. Referrals can be recommended.
- For those who are resistant to change.
Availability is intentionally limited to ensure focus can be given to Dustie’s 1-2-1 clients.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For patients who have an injury, MSK symptoms or a pathology under medical supervision, this work is not appropriate. We would advise that for conditions such as this you seek guidance from a medical professional or MSK specialist and if you wish to follow this pathway as an adjunct, drop us an email on hello@dustiehouchin.com so it can be discussed in advance.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one of their parents or their Legal Guardian (as appointed by the Courts). Friends or other family members are not suitable. This is to comply with GOsC regulations around consent.
Where are the therapeutic sessions held?
Dustie works from her practice in Lymington, UK, where sessions are currently offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. By appointment only. The exact location of the practice will be shared when you book your first therapeutic session. This is to provide privacy to all who book.
Strategic Intervention sessions run alongside the therapeutic work, as they significantly enhance regulation, continuity, and long-term benefit.
A Note on Alignment
Dustie’s clinical work directly informs the work she does with professionals, business owners, and organisations. After decades of running businesses and leading people, she understands how easily self-care — and human care — gets lost.
This ensures that everything she offers remains human, embodied, and grounded in real nervous systems, not theory alone.
