PRIVATE COACHING

Coaching for the quietly extraordinary

You sense there’s more your life could hold — more meaning, more impact.

You know you have the capability… that’s never been in doubt.

But you haven’t found the way to bring it fully into form.

Clarity, confidence, and decisive action begin when underlying patterns are understood and addressed.

Strategic Intervention is grounded in established psychological and behavioural science, drawing on cognitive psychology, behavioural change theory, and principles of nervous system regulation. It recognises that thoughts, emotional responses, and behaviours are shaped by learned patterns within the brain and body, often operating outside conscious awareness.

Rather than focusing on surface-level symptoms, this approach works directly with the underlying cause — helping you to see why we act the way we do, and how unhelpful responses occur. Over time, you restore internal stability, confidence and a sense of knowing, that you can step forward. This produces lasting shifts in perception, emotional regulation, and decision-making.

The work is structured, practical, and outcome-focused. We don’t keep looking backward.

Unlike traditional coaching models that extend over long periods and focus on looking backwards, Strategic Intervention is designed to identify root causes efficiently, restore clarity, and support deliberate, informed change.

Sessions draw on Dustie’s combined background in osteopathic medicine, nervous system regulation, leadership, and behavioural intervention, allowing work at both the physiological and psychological levels of experience.

The aim is not ongoing dependency, but restored clarity, internal stability, and forward movement.

This is you…

You sense there’s more your life could hold. More meaning. More depth. More impact.

You’ve built a life that works but doesn’t light you up.

You’re capable, considered, and grounded in your values.

You make thoughtful decisions. You care about how you live.

And yet… something inside you isn’t being fulfilled.

You know you have the ability. That’s never been in question. But bringing it all together—into something clear, something aligned, something that reflects who you are now—has remained out of reach.

It’s not a lack of drive. And it’s not about doing more. It’s about clarity and direction.

Understanding yourself more deeply, and making decisions from that place.

You’re not looking for noise, or quick fixes. You’re looking for something considered and personal to you. Something that truly fits.

Strategic Intervention is suited to individuals who are ready to engage directly with their situation and commit to meaningful change.

You tend to…

Be curious about people. About behaviour, decisions, and what really drives them.

Notice when pressure builds—when things feel uncertain, or harder to navigate than they should.

Recognise when you’re stuck…. not because you lack ability, but because something isn’t quite clear.

You don’t look for surface-level answers. You value thoughtful, structured insight—something you can actually work with.

You’re open to seeing yourself honestly. Even when it’s uncomfortable.

And ultimately, you’re ready to take responsibility for the life you want to create.

What do sessions look like?

Sessions take place online. This reduces the stress of travelling and allows you to manage your environment in a way that feels most therapeutic for you.

Once grounded, Dustie will ask you to explain your current situation, where you feel stuck and where you’d like to go with the work. She will then explore who you are as a person, how you see the world today, and how you arrived at this point.

From there, you will redesign your future pathway in a way that feels safe and achievable.

Initial Consultation

The initial consultation is a 90-minute session designed to establish clarity and direction.

This session provides space to understand your current situation, identify key challenges, and assess how Strategic Intervention can be applied effectively.

It also ensures alignment — confirming that this approach is appropriate for the level of change required.

Your Pathway

Following the consultation, a structured pathway is agreed based on your needs, pace, and level of commitment.

Some individuals prefer focused, weekly sessions. Others work at a more measured, monthly rhythm. The structure reflects the nature of the challenge and the level of change required.

Those seeking immediate, decisive change will follow a different pathway to those choosing a more gradual, reflective approach.

Ongoing Work

After the initial consultation, you will choose the number of subsequent sessions you need. These are private, 90 minute online appointments create safe confidential space for you to work.

Each session focuses on a specific area, situation or challenge, identifying the underlying patterns shaping your responses, and restoring clarity, stability, and direction.

The work is structured, practical, and outcome-focused.

Consideration

This work is most effective for individuals who are ready to engage directly with their situation and take responsibility for their decisions, actions, and direction.

It is designed for those seeking meaningful change — not surface-level adjustment.

It is not appropriate for those under medical supervision for a psychiatric condition, or currently on a path of psychotherapy (or similar therapy). If you’re not sure, by all means drop us an email.
